November 21, 2009 - The North Olmsted H1N1 POD was activated from 0930 until 1230 hrs. Thanks to numerous volunteers the POD operated extremely efficiently!
November 21, 2009 - Prior to opening work stations were assembled in the North Olmsted Middle School Cafeteria to handle the large crowds expected
November 21, 2009 - Hallways were used to process citizens as they moved toward the cafeteria. Total time of wait was 15 minutes or less.

October 10, 2009 - The 2009 Firefighter Chili Cook-off held at Rivals in Middleburg Heights was a continued effort from area fire departments to help support MDA.
October 10, 2009 - Good chili, good weather, good friends and college football.
October 10, 2009 - Anticipating a large crowd, Berea firefighters brought their biggest boot to fill! In the background Middleburg Hts. firefighters Matt Morris and Mike Mohnickey enjoy their hard work.
